Closing FAQs

Hey Austin, unfortunately the time has come to close the doors to our brick and mortar. We’re sure you have questions, so we put together a list of FAQs below.

When are you closing?

We start our closing sale Saturday June 24th, through Friday June 30th. For the closing week we will we be open each day (including Tuesday and Wednesday) from 9am to 7pm. It’s going to be hot this week, so please call ahead or check out social media to see if we closed early that day because of the heat.

What will be on sale?

During this sale we will be selling everything. Plants, pottery, and other standard retail items will start at 50% off. We will also be selling all fixtures, displays, and equipment. We will have registers, TVs, monitors, etc on sale. If you know a local small business that might need some things for their store, please pass the info along.

Will your return policy still apply?

Starting today, all sales are final. We will not be able to offer returns on any items.

Can I schedule a delivery?

Our van and crew will be busy working hard to finish getting us moved out. Unfortunately we will not be able to help you get your larger items home. Additionally, anything purchased will need to be off of the property by the time we close the gates on 6/30.

Can I buy things online for shipping or curb side?

We have turned off purchasing through our online store. The online store adds a level of complexity that we will not be able to keep updated durning this fast moving sale. As this is going on, our current inventory should be reflected on the online store for you to review. But we can not guarantee it’s accuracy.

What will happen to 604 Coffee?

We are working on finding a new location for 604 Coffee. Please follow them on instagram for news on their new location. If you have or know of a location 604 Coffee can moved to, please email [email protected].

What happens to the Taco Truck?

We have asked the landlords to honor Taquito Anaya’s sub lease and allow them to continue operating from the food court while they look for someone new to occupy the building. We do not have any information on their decision.

How will we know when and where you are opening next?

This next phase of our journey is going to be an adventure. We would love if you followed along with us. We will share updates as they happen on our website and social media.

What about the “Preparing your Landscape for Summer” class on Saturday 6/24?

We have canceled this class and have refunded those who purchased tickets already. Once the dust settles, we plan on picking classes back up in some form. Make sure you are subscribed to our Youtube Channel where we will live stream future classes, and follow our instagram for other updates.

How else can we stay in touch?

If you like our work, be sure to follow and support our other company, Native Edge Landscape. Keeping this company strong will be important in our mission to navigate this next phase and have the resources to reopen Garden Seventeen. If you or someone you know is looking for landscape service, give Native Edge a call.

I Have Plant Questions! Can you still help me with that?

We would love to still be a resource for you. You can send us your plant questions to us on our socials, or via email [email protected]. Please understand that this is going to be a very busy transitional time, and it might take a while for us to get back to you.

I have gift cards with a balance. What happens to them?

Unfortunately, when we close our doors on the 30th, all gift cards will be voided. We encourage you to come in this week and spend your remaining balance. We can not offer a cash value return on gift cards.

What about points and coupons?

Points and coupons will also be void after closing on the 30th. We will honor all points and coupons during the closing sale. We encourage you to come in and use them durning this week. Would love the chance to see you and say “see you later!”.
