Return Policy

Garden Seventeen is confident in the health and quality of the plants and products sourced for our retail garden center. However, mistakes can happen, and health of plants can vary.

Garden Seventeen wants to ensure the success of every product and customer!

Garden Seventeen has a seven (7) day return policy no questions asked. In the event of a plant or living product return, store credit may be issued if the plant or living product quality is not resellable. All return types (such as cash, credit card, debit card) will be provided in the seven (7) day policy so long as proper documentation is provided, such as a receipt or proof of purchase.

Past the seven (7) days, Garden Seventeen also includes a thirty (30) day return policy. In the event of a return past seven (7) days, questions may be asked by a store manager to better understand the events that led up to the return. Only store credit will be provided so long as proper documentation is provided, such as a receipt or proof of purchase.

Special and custom orders are non-refundable once paid.
All plants that we pot in store are non-returnable. This goes for pre-potted arrangements on the floor and plants we repotted for you upon request at checkout.
All discounted items and sale items are nonrefundable or exchangeable.
